As you may know, over the summer I made it my goal to get as fit as possible and achieve a 'Bikini Body' transformation. I did 8 weeks working hard to get into the best shape I can for summer, and I was so happy with the results I wanted to share with everyone a plan that works, transforms your lifestyle and workout routine.
GOALS
My goal was to get toned abs, legs, grow a peach, and a stronger & leaner upperbody. Overall I wanted to get fitter and if you are looking for the same.... this is the plan for you!
TRAINING
This is an 8 week guide focusing on total body toning and overall fitness performance. It is a gym based guide using free weights and machines, structured to give you the best results. It is split into 4 phases, working out lower body 2 times per week, with the other days being total upperbody, HIIT & Core and LISS (Low intensity steady state). It is a 5 day workout plan where you can pick your rest days to suit your lifestyle. There are more details on how to use the plan to suit your specific goals within the guide.
NUTRITION
Good nutrition is essential to getting the best results with the guide. So I have included a brief nutritional guide in terms of what, when, how to help you get the most gains.
WHO CAN DO THIS PLAN?
This is an active plan, suitable for anyone able and willing to get to the gym, & follow the guide. The plan involves doing exercises you may or may not have done, but you will have access to online demonstration videos to teach you each exercise if it is new to you. The plan involves weight training, however, every exercise can be adapted to use no weights (body weight), and still achieve great results. It is suitable for any level of fitness and you can push as much as you want. If you are already experienced in the gym, there is no limit with this plan. This will get everyone FIT.
Do note, if you have any medical conditions or injuries please consult your GP before conducting any exercise plans. Although this plan will help lower blood pressure & increase cardiovascular fitness overtime, if you do have extremely high blood pressure - I do not recommend this plan.
