This plan has been programmed to specifically grow your peach and tone your legs, whilst burning overal body fat for a slimmer core!
Toned Legs - Weight Loss - Abs - Grow Peach
This plan will improve lower body fitness and you will notice the difference as you get stronger through the weeks. It is a gym based guide using free weights and machines, structured to give you the best results. It is split into 4 phases, working your legs & glutes 3 times per week. It is a 3 day workout plan for lower body PLUS HIIT with a focus on abs and fat burning! I would recommend you alternate your days to do upperbody training on your other training days and you can pick your rest days to suit your lifestyle. Good nutrition is essential to getting the best results with the guide. So I have included a brief nutritional guide in terms of what, when, how to help you get the most gains.
WHO CAN DO THIS PLAN?
This is an active plan, suitable for anyone able and willing to get to the gym, & follow the guide. If you are looking for HOME workouts, I have also designed a GET PEACHY @ HOME PLAN . The plan involves doing exercises you may or may not have done, but you will have access to online demonstration videos to teach you each exercise if it is new to you. The plan involves weight training, however, every exercise can be adapted to use no weights (body weight), and still achieve great results. You will need a resistance band for some of the training, which I will include an exclusive GET PEACHY BAND in your plan for FREE!! It is suitable for any level of fitness and you can push as much as you want. If you are already experienced in the gym, there is no limit with this plan. This will get everyone PEACHY.
Do note, if you have any medical conditions or injuries please consult your GP before conducting any exercise plans. Although this plan will help lower blood pressure & increase cardiovascular fitness overtime, if you do have extremely high blood pressure - I do not recommend this plan.
